Service
Low-noise analog circuit design services
We design the analog circuitry that decides what your system can measure. That means low-noise signal conditioning for sensor interfaces, precision voltage references, and ADC drivers for 16 to 24-bit delta-sigma and SAR converters. For teams building test and measurement, industrial, and scientific products who cannot afford a noisy front-end.
Scope
What we design
- Signal conditioning and sensor interfaces: instrumentation amplifiers, PGAs, and precision op-amp chains
- Voltage references matched to 16 to 24-bit delta-sigma and SAR ADCs
- ADC drivers engineered for settling time and low noise, using detailed SPICE simulation with optimization loops that sweep component values and topologies
- Anti-aliasing, active, and passive filters engineered for real test and measurement accuracy
- Noise-aware layout: grounding, partitioning, guarding, shielding, and decoupling to protect your noise floor and ENOB
Method
Why the ADC driver gets special attention
The driver is often the dominant noise source in a DAQ system. Instead of copying a reference design and hoping, we simulate the driver in SPICE and run optimization loops over component values and topologies, iterating until the settling time and noise budget close. The result is a front-end whose numbers were verified before fabrication, not discovered after it.
Verification does not stop at simulation. Every analog circuit we deliver is brought up and characterized in an in-house lab: noise floor, sample-rate accuracy, and linearity are measured, not assumed. Design issues get fixed in hours, not weeks, because the rework stations are in the same building as the engineers.

Proof
Measured, not assumed
The clearest example of this method is our wide-bandwidth precision system: 16-bit resolution at 15 MSPS, resolving signals down to 20 µV. Signals that small are only measurable with disciplined signal conditioning, a driver optimized to the last noise contribution, and layout that protects the noise floor.

How we work
How an engagement runs
Defined projects run on fixed-price milestones agreed after a short scoping call, moving through design with review gates, bench validation, and production handoff. Open-ended R&D work runs hourly, with regular updates and a clear summary of what was done and what is next. Not sure which model fits? Send what you have and you’ll get a recommendation, not a sales call.
FAQ
Common questions
Which ADC types do you design around?
16 to 24-bit delta-sigma and SAR converters, with the signal conditioning, references, and drivers each architecture needs.
How are the ADC drivers optimized?
ADC drivers are engineered for settling time and low noise using detailed SPICE simulation with optimization loops that sweep component values and topologies. The driver is often the dominant noise source in a DAQ system, so it is optimized until the noise budget closes.
Do you also design the PCB?
Yes. Noise-aware layout is part of the same engagement: grounding, partitioning, guarding, shielding, and decoupling to protect your ENOB. Full boards are delivered through our high-speed PCB design services.
How is noise performance verified?
Every system is brought up and characterized in the in-house lab: noise floor, sample-rate accuracy, and linearity are measured, not assumed.
How is this work priced?
Defined designs are typically delivered for fixed-price milestones agreed after a short scoping call. Open-ended R&D work runs hourly with regular updates.
