Service
High-speed PCB design and layout services
From schematic capture to manufacturing-ready PCB layout, for boards where precision analog and fast digital have to coexist. Mixed-signal designs up to 12 layers with HDI, dense FPGA packaging, and multi-gigabit interfaces handled with signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) discipline. For teams that need the board to work the first time.
Scope
What we deliver
- Schematic capture and PCB layout as one continuous flow, delivered as native Altium Designer or KiCad projects
- Boards up to 12 layers with HDI; dense packaging down to 0.35 mm pitch, including 1156-pin FPGA BGAs
- 1000+ component designs
- PCIe Gen4, LPDDR4, USB 3.x, and LVDS with stackup, routing, impedance, and loss control
- Strict signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) discipline plus EMI/EMC mitigation, so precision analog and fast digital coexist on one board
- BOM optimization, design-for-manufacturing (DFM) review, test procedures, and manufacturing handoff
Differentiator
Where precision analog meets fast digital
Most layout services can length-match a DDR byte lane. The hard part is doing that on the same board as a 20 µV analog path. Because we design the analog front-ends ourselves, our PCB layout is done by engineers who understand exactly what the guard rings, partitioning, and decoupling are protecting. The result is one board where the gigabit links and the quiet channels both meet spec.
Every board we deliver is brought up and characterized in an in-house lab before handoff, with rework stations on site so design issues get fixed in hours, not weeks.
| Layer count | Up to 12 layers, HDI |

Built on delivered systems
These capabilities come from real acquisition platforms, not reference designs: two Zynq-7000 based systems sampling at 100 MSPS and 1 GSPS, and a 16-bit precision system resolving 20 µV. Dense FPGA packaging, LPDDR4-class memories, and quiet analog on the same boards.

How we work
How an engagement runs
Defined projects run on fixed-price milestones agreed after a short scoping call, moving through design with review gates, bench validation, and production handoff. Open-ended R&D work runs hourly, with regular updates and a clear summary of what was done and what is next. Not sure which model fits? Send what you have and you’ll get a recommendation, not a sales call.
FAQ
Common questions
Which EDA tools do you deliver in?
Native Altium Designer or KiCad projects. We hold an active Altium Designer license and are fluent in both tools.
What high-speed interfaces have you brought up?
PCIe Gen4, LPDDR4, USB 3.x, Gigabit Ethernet, and LVDS, with stackup, routing, impedance, and loss control.
Do you also design the analog circuitry?
Yes. Precision analog front-ends are a core service, which is why our mixed-signal boards are laid out by engineers who understand what a guard ring is protecting. See the analog circuit design services page.
Do you support manufacturing?
Yes. BOM optimization, design-for-manufacturing (DFM) review, test procedures, and manufacturing handoff are part of the delivery.
How is this work priced?
Defined boards are typically delivered for fixed-price milestones agreed after a short scoping call. Open-ended R&D work runs hourly with regular updates.
